The Classification 0f Flexo Printing Machine

The printing part is the core of flexo printing machine. The arrangement of the printing part directly affects the operation performance, printing quality, printing speed and the scope of application of printing. According to the arrangement of printing parts, flexo printing machine can be divided into three types: cascade, satellite and unit.

 

 Cascade flexo printing machine

Sometimes it is also called stack flexo printing machine. Independent printing units are stacked up and down, arranged at one or both ends of the printer's main wallboard, or mounted on the rack with various color printing units. Each printing unit is rotated by a gear mounted on the main wall panel. Cascade flexo printing machine can print 1-8 colours.

 

 Satellite flexo printing machine

Sometimes it becomes a common embossing drum flexo printing machine. Each printing unit is mounted between two wallboards around a common impression cylinder. The printing material is used for cross-color printing around a common impression cylinder. Because of the direct transmission of gears, no matter paper or film, even without special control devices, it can still be overprinted accurately, and the printing process is stable. It is often used to print color products. It has been predicted that satellite flexo printing will be the new mainstream of flexo printing in the 21st century.

 

 Flexo printing machine of Unit Type

 The unit flexo printing machine consists of a one-way connecting flexographic press, a printing unit driven by a common power shaft and arranged horizontally and independently by 4-8 units. Unit flexo printing machine only support one printing unit per pair of additions, so the unit flexo printing machine can be designed to accommodate different drums.
